Genesys - STCI for Stat Server: Map Genesys users to WFM employees

To align the user data retrieved from Genesys, map each user defined for Genesys to an employee definition in WFM.

Procedure

Go to Integration Management. Under Data Sources, select Settings.
Select the Genesys data source.
Go to the Employees page.
Select Add Employee Mapping.
In the pop-up window, select an employee, and select Add.
In the Employee ID field, enter the Employee ID of the user defined on the Genesys Configuration Server corresponding to the WFO employee.

Make sure that you enter the Employee ID of the user, not the user name.
Select Save.
To map each Genesys user to an employee in WFM, repeat steps 4–7.
