Twilio - ASCM for Flex: Create a Twilio data source
A data source represents the Twilio instance and holds the information for the Twilio entities: Task Queues, Activities, and Workers. These entities must be defined in the WFO system.
Procedure

Go to Integration Management. Under Integration Server, select Integration Servers.

Select the server that hosts the Twilio - ASCM for Flex adapter, then select Edit Configuration.

Select the root integration server node.

Select Workflow.

From the Available Packages list, select the Twilio - ASCM for Flex adapter package.

Use the arrow to move it to Selected Packages.

Select Save.

From the Integration Packages list, select the Twilio adapter, then select the Data Source page.

Select a CMS data source from the Available Data Sources list, and select the option on the right to map it into the Selected Data Sources.

Select Save.
