Twilio - CSI for Flex: Configure the Twilio instance

Ensure that key items within the Twilio account are configured for use with the WFM Twilio adapter. 

Before you begin 

• Capture your Auth Token from the main Twilio account dashboard

• Create a Twilo Flex instance

• Configure the Twilio Flex instance to route relevant tasks to work queues

• Update the Flex Insights reporting time to refresh every 15 minutes instead of the default which is one hour. Raise a support ticket with Twilio to enable this change on your Twilio Flex account.

• Before you set up a datasource, you must capture the timezone of the Twilio Flex instance. Raise a support ticket with Twilio if you do not know the timezone.

Procedure 

1. Sign in to your Twilio account.

2. From the main Twilio account dashboard, capture your authorization token.
