Twilio - CSI for Flex: Map Twilio Task Queues to WFM Queues

To align Twilio Task Queues to WFM, you must map the queues to relevant data source groups. Once mapped, you must then map each WFM queue to one of the Twilio Task Queues that you have defined.

Procedure 

1. Go to Work Administration. Under Work Queues, select Work Queue Group Mapping.

2. Select a queue, then select Edit work queue.

3. From the available data source list, select the Twilio data source.

4. From the list, select the Data Source Group that matches the appropriate Twilio Task Queue.

5. Select Save Mapping.

6. Map each WFM queue listed to a defined Twilio Task Queue.
