Breadcrumbs
Move between the workspaces on the Explore Performance page using Breadcrumbs. Breadcrumbs show the most recent workspaces that you have visited and are updated whenever you change the selection of employees, organizations, time, or KPIs. The current workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program. is always the last breadcrumb displayed. Clicking a breadcrumb takes you to that workspace and clears any breadcrumbs displayed to the right of the selected breadcrumb.

Breadcrumbs are only available on the Explore Performance page and are cleared when you leave the Scorecards Product that assists agents, supervisors and all contact center employees to focus on critical aspects of their performance and identify opportunities for improvement. application and log in again.
When you point to a breadcrumb, a tooltip indicates the context of that breadcrumb including the periodicity, KPI name, and employee or organization selected. When more than one Employee, Organization, or KPI is selected, a tooltip shows the number.
