Performance Trend date controls

The Trend charts on the Performance page include multiple date controls for viewing your trends. Some of the date controls affect the trend Feature in Speech and Text Analytics that helps users identify changes in customer communication with the contact center, understand any emerging tendencies, and pinpoint any significant events that may require close attention. data and some only affect the calendar display.

Date Control

Description

From / To

The From / To fields are updated and modifiable based on the selected Time Period in the left pane and the Zoom. You can also manually type in dates. They need to be within the overall date range as shown in the lower chart.

Zoom

Use this option to zoom in or out on the performance trend graph:

  • 1w (the last week)

  • 1m (the last month)

  • 6m (the last six months)

  • 1y (the last year)

  • All (resets the selection to the entire available range)

The availability of these options changes based on the selected Time Period in the left pane and the From / To definitions. You can only zoom in time periods that contain a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 30 data points. The amount of time a data point represents depends on the periodicity. For example, a data point represents 7 days if the periodicity is Weekly.

Bottom Chart

The chart displayed at the bottom of the Performance Trend graph displays the entire date range. A single line represents the average of all KPIs. The Zoom displayed in the graph above this bottom chart is represented by the dates within the handles with the slightly darker blue background. You can modify the Zoom displayed in the graph above by clicking and dragging the handles or in the From / To fields.
