View statistics associated with outbound media.

Before you begin

Generate a schedule with outbound work queues

Procedure 

  1. From Statistics, select the following:

    • Dials

    • Right party connects

    • Right party connects AHT

  2. From the Statistics area at the bottom of the screen, select the arrow for the name of a statistic to expand it and view the data.

You can also view these statistics in Queue Analytics Feature in Workforce Management that tracks Queue data. Queue Analytics can show the Actual vs. Forecasted metrics.. For monitoring the performance of outbound queues, you can generate Outbound Performance Reports from the Reports module (under Requests & Results, Instances).
