Schedule Run status fields

After generating the schedule for multiple scheduling periods, the system displays status information on the Schedule One or More Campaigns screen.

Description

Campaign

Displays the campaign Collection of scheduling periods in WFM, which are defined time periods where specific employees target specific workloads. for the scheduling period to be scheduled.

Scheduling Period

Displays the scheduling period to be scheduled.

Scheduler

Displays the user name of the scheduler.

Progress

Displays the progress of the schedule generation for the scheduling period.

Once it is completed, you can select Analyze to display schedule warning messages for all employees.

Status

Displays the scheduling status for the scheduling period, which can be one of the following:

  • Pending: First status to appear once the scheduler has been initiated, but it has not yet started running.

  • Started: Once the scheduler runs, the status changes from Pending to Started.

  • Completed: Once the scheduler has processed the schedule successfully, the status changes to Completed.

  • Canceled: This status is displayed if you select Cancel for the scheduling period.

  • Failed: This status is displayed if the schedule fails during processing the schedule:

    • (1): Indicates that the schedule run failed for the Scheduler Start event.

    • (2): Indicates that the schedule run failed for the Scheduler End event.

  • During Scheduler Start and Scheduler End events, there are many status messages that can be displayed (including Loading Employee Information, Loading Shift, and Resetting Calendar Information).

Analyze

Triggers the Analyze Schedule operation for scheduling periods with a Status of Completed. This process displays various conflicts in the schedule, including scheduling conflicts, minimum / maximum hour issues, assignment rule Rule used in WFM to support work environments that have complex work rules, rotations, or fairness needs due to employee or union requirements. Assignment rules supplement work patterns. conflicts.

Cancel

Cancels a scheduling period only when it is in a Pending status. When you select the Cancel button, the value in the Status field changes to Canceling.

NOTE: This option is not available when running the schedule for one scheduling period on the Calendar.
