Creating and editing activity mapping
Procedure

Click Create Mapping.

Specify a name for the mapping in the Name field.

Give a brief description of the data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. in the Description field.

Select the relevant organization using the drop-down menu.

Select the mapped activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule. using the drop-down menu.

Click Save to save your mapping and return to the Activity Mapping page.
Click Cancel to return to the Activity Mapping page without saving.
Click Revert to cancel any changes you have made to this page. You remain on the mapping creation page.

To edit the name, description, organization, or change the activity for any mapped activity, click Edit Mapping and replace the content in the fields.
To delete an existing mapping, click Delete Mapping. Only the mapping is deleted; activity mapping information is not deleted.
