Overview of competency calculation rules

Based on the competency calculation sources you choose, lessons or KPIs scores are used to compute the overall acquired competency. Scores can be calculated within two decimal spaces.

This formula is used to calculate the overall score:

Overall % score =

[(Lesson Score*Weight) + (KPI Score*Weight)]

(Lesson Weight + KPI Weight])

Note that if there is no data (no attempts) for a particular calculation source during the number of days configured for the calculation, then the formula should exclude the related lesson or KPI.
