Real-Time Analytics (RTA) Framework

Organization alert rules are available for Recorder Analytics Rules used by the Real-Time Analytics Framework.

For any of the Real-Time Analytics Framework organization alert rule types, the employee identified with the interaction In Speech Analytics, an interaction represents a single part of the contact between one employee and the same customer. In Text Analytics, an interaction is the communication session between one or more employees and the same customer with a unifying contextual element. is included with the alert. The alert also includes the name of the Recorder Analytics Rule triggered and details from the interaction, such as the attributes that triggered the alert.

Create and configure one of the following types of organization alert rules. After creation, the alert rules are available for use when configuring actions in a Recorder Analytics Rule.
