Editing a data source

1. Navigate to Data Sources > Settings in either the Integration Management or Recording Management module, and select the data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. you want to edit.

2. Make changes to the editable fields/check boxes as required.

   You cannot make changes to the following fields:

   • The data source Type that you selected when you created the data source (for example, Phone, Dialer, Operations, Quality).

   • The Switch/Hub Type you selected when creating a Phone, Dialer or Trader data source type.

3. Click Save. The changes to the data source are saved.
