Restart the IP Analyzer
Procedure 18 of 23 associated with Step 2 - Change the Computer Name, Domain, or Workgroup of an Individual Managed server.
In this procedure, you use the Recorder Manager application on the IP Analyzer server to update the server name of the IP Recorder or IP Recorder Video server and then restart the Recorder Analyzer Service.
Follow the instructions below:

Select System Management Module that allows performing suite-wide system management activities from a single, Web-based application, the Enterprise Manager. > Enterprise Management > Settings.

In the Installations tree (left pane), select the Server node for the server that contains the active IP Analyzer server role. (This server contains the IP Analyzer server role that manages the IP Recorder or IP Recorder Video server role on the computer whose name or domain membership you are changing.)

Click Launch to launch the Recorder Manager application on the IP Analyzer server.

In Recorder Manager, select General Setup > Call Control.

In the left pane, select the Recorder Group to which the IP Recorder or IP Recorder Video server that is being change belongs.

In the right pane, the IP Addresses and Server Names are listed for all of the IP Recorders in the Recorder Group. Do the following:

Under the Server column, locate the old server name of the IP Recorder whose name or domain you have changed.

Change the server name to the new computer name of the IP Recorder or IP Recorder Video server.

Click Save.

From Recorder Manager, restart the Recorder Analyzer Service.

Select Operations > Start and Stop.

Select the Recorder Analyzer Service.

Click Restart.

Close the Recorder Manager.
