Configure the Operations Manager URL

In a multi-tenant enabled environment, the Service Provider Administrator (SPA) can configure the URL that opens the Operations Manager application. The SPA can configure separate URLs for the SPA and for each tenant.

An Operations Manager option appears in the main navigation menu of the WFO application for a user who has any of the Work Manager privileges. When the SPA configures an Operations Manager URL, a user clicks the Operations Manager option in the main menu and then clicks Operations Manager again on the screen that opens to access the Operations Manager application.

If no Operations Manager URL is configured, and a user clicks on the Operations Manager option to open the Operations Manager application, a message displays stating "Operations Manager is not configured. Contact your administrator."
