Update one employee profile

You can update employee profiles as needed. You can add or change personal data, modify security settings, and update user account information.

Procedure 

  1. Go to User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization.. Under Employees, select Profiles.

  2. In the Name list, select the name of the employee profile to edit.

  3. Update the profile:

    If the employee whose profile you are editing used to be a member in another organization, in the Effective Dates dialog box, do not select Update value for current period, when setting the effective date of membership.

    If you do, you lose all information about any block lessons the employee took in the previous organization.

  4. To save the profile changes, select Save.

    • To change the employee user name, password, and account status, go to Usernames under Security.

    • To change the role and scope assignments, go to User Access Rights under Security.
