Update one employee profile
You can update employee profiles as needed. You can add or change personal data, modify security settings, and update user account information.
Procedure

Go to User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization.. Under Employees, select Profiles.

In the Name list, select the name of the employee profile to edit.

Update the profile:

Type or select the new information required.

To edit effective dates information or data source Third-party systems that provide data to the system, including employee and device states, and data change events. Typical data sources are phone switches, PBXs, or LANs. assignments, select the pencil icon next to a text box.

To save the profile changes, select Save.

To change the employee user name, password, and account status, go to Usernames under Security.

To change the role and scope assignments, go to User Access Rights under Security.
