Create an activity type
Create a new activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). Before you begin
Determine whether you need to create a new activity type - see Predefined activity types.
Procedure

Go to Work Administration. Under Activities, select Activity Types.

From the left pane, select the organization for which you want to create a new activity type.

Select Create Activity Type.

On the Activity Type Details screen, complete the fields and select Save.
