Map alternate activities for adherence
Map alternate activities for a selected activity Core component of both schedules and time records in Workforce Management (WFM). When an employee performs any kind of work, activities specify the scheduled work and capture employee adherence to their schedule.. An employee is considered to be in adherence Measure used in Workforce Management (WFM) to determine how well an employee’s scheduled activities match their actual, real-time activities. when performing that activity or any of the mapped activities.
Before you begin
Select to map activities to alternate activities
Procedure

From Available Activities, highlight the activity you want to map to the scheduled activity, and select Assign right.
The activity now appears under Adhering Actual Activities.

Repeat step 1 for all activities you want to map to the scheduled activity.
The new mapped activities appear under Adhering Actual Activities for the Scheduled Activity.

Optional: To remove an activity from the mapping, do the following:

From Adhering Actual Activities, highlight the activity you want to remove from the mapping.

Select Assign left.
The activity now appears under Available Activities.

Select Save.
The updated mapped activities appear under Adhering Actual Activities for the Scheduled Activity.
