Copy access rights

You can copy the access rights that are assigned to one user and assign them to another.

Procedure 

  1. Go to User Management Module that an administrator uses to create a profile for each employee in their organization.. Under Security, select User Access Rights.

  2. On the Access Rights page, select the employee whose access rights are to be copied.

  3. Select Copy Access Rights.

  4. In the Select Employee window, select up to 50 employees to copy those rights to:

    • To select multiple names that are next to each other in the list, hold the Shift key as you select the names.

    • To select multiple names that are not next to each other in the list, hold the CTRL key as you select the names.

    • To locate specific employees, use the View and Search fields.

  5. To copy the access rights to the selected employees, click Select.
