Redistribute a shared dashboard

If you change a shared dashboard Suite-wide unified dashboard that provides a single, quick view of valuable information across multiple applications. and want the entities that you shared the dashboard with to have the changed version of the dashboard, you can redistribute it. When you redistribute a dashboard, the new version replaces the previous version shared with the selected entities (including any changes they made to the dashboard).

Before you begin

Change the content of a shared dashboard (for example, adding widgets, deleting widgets).

Procedure

Select Dashboards under My Information on the My Home menu.
From the dashboard selector list, select the updated dashboard that you want to redistribute.
On the right side, click the plus sign to display the Slider menu.
Under the Additional Actions menu, select Redistribute Dashboard.
