Create Assessment
Use the Assessments control in KPI View to create a new assessment Feature used to review the customer’s experience with the contact center for a specific contact (aggregation of one or more interactions)..
Before you begin

Managers access the KPI View workspace from Explore Performance.

Employees access the KPI View workspace from My Performance.
Procedure

Click the Assessments
control. The Assessments pop-up window appears.

Click Create Assessment.

Type or select the applicable information.

Click Save.

Click Close.
