Create Assessment

Use the Assessments Assessments control in KPI View to create a new assessment Feature used to review the customer’s experience with the contact center for a specific contact (aggregation of one or more interactions)..

This feature is only available if you have create privileges for assessments.

Before you begin 

Procedure 

  1. Click the Assessments Assessments control. The Assessments pop-up window appears.

  2. Click Create Assessment.

  3. Type or select the applicable information.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Click Close.
