Delete Assessment
Use the Assessments control in KPI View to delete an existing assessment Feature used to review the customer’s experience with the contact center for a specific contact (aggregation of one or more interactions)..
Before you begin

Managers access the KPI View workspace from Explore Performance.

Employees access the KPI View workspace from My Performance.
Procedure

Click the Assessments
control. The Assessments pop-up window appears.

Select the assessment you want to delete.

Click Delete Assessment.

Confirm the deletion.

Click Close.
