Edit Assessment
Use the Assessments control in KPI View to edit an existing assessment Feature used to review the customer’s experience with the contact center for a specific contact (aggregation of one or more interactions)..
Before you begin

Managers access the KPI View workspace from Explore Performance.

Employees access the KPI View workspace from My Performance.
Procedure

Click the Assessments
control. The Assessments pop-up window appears.

Select the assessment you want to edit and click Edit Assessment.

Type or select the applicable modifications.

Click Save.

Click Close.
