Edit Assessment

Use the Assessments Assessments control in KPI View to edit an existing assessment Feature used to review the customer’s experience with the contact center for a specific contact (aggregation of one or more interactions)..

This feature is only available if you have edit privileges for assessments.

Before you begin 

Procedure 

  1. Click the Assessments Assessments control. The Assessments pop-up window appears.

  2. Select the assessment you want to edit and click Edit Assessment.

  3. Type or select the applicable modifications.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Click Close.
