Add the Genesys - STCI for Cloud adapter to the integration server

To use the Genesys - STCI for Cloud adapter, add the adapter to the integration server.

Before you begin 

Workflow: Configure the WFO system for Genesys - STCI for Cloud

Procedure 

1. Go to Integration Management. Under Integration Server, select Integration Servers.

2. Select the server where you want to add the Genesys - STCI for Cloud adapter, and select Edit Configuration.

3. Select the root integration server node.

4. Select Workflow.

5. In the Available Packages list, select Genesys - STCI for Cloud adapter.

6. Move the adapter to Selected Packages by using the appropriate arrow.

7. Select Save.
