Configure the Genesys - STCI for Cloud adapter

Before you can receive the data, you must configure the adapter.

Before you begin 

Add the Genesys - STCI for Cloud adapter to the integration server

Procedure 

1. Go to Integration Management. Under Integration Server, select Integration Servers.

2. Select the server that hosts the Genesys - STCI for Cloud adapter, and select Edit Configuration.

3. In the Integration Packages list, select the Genesys - STCI for Cloud node, then select the Configure page.

4. Enter the value for the Report File Path - the value must match the location specified in the Successfully Generated Statistics Location property.

5. Complete the parameters and select Save.
