Access the Performance Overview workspace

Access the Performance Overview workspace Area within an application window where the user interacts with the program. to view data for performance analysis of a single employee or organization.

Procedure

Select a Time period and a single Employee or Organization in the left selection Pane.
Select multiple KPIs in the left pane of the Performance widget Visual building block in an application that is interchangeable, depending on system or user configurations.. Performance Overview displays in the right pane of the Performance widget with the associated data.

A KPI Component displays for each KPI highlighted in the left pane of the Performance widget. The layout order of the KPI Components is left to right and then top to bottom. You can sort the components alphabetically by KPI Name, by Score (Ascending), or by Score (Descending). When sorting by Score, KPIs with the same score are then sorted by KPI Name.
