Deny a request
You can deny a pending, non-expired request that has been submitted by an employee.
Procedure

Go to Request Management. From Request Anything, select Event Requests.
The system displays all existing employee requests, and information about each request.

Hover over the request you want to approve, and select the Deny request icon.

At the system prompt, enter any comments about approving the request, and select Deny.
The system displays a success message, and changes the status of the request to Denied.
