Deny a request

You can deny a pending, non-expired request that has been submitted by an employee.

Expired requests cannot be denied.

Requests in statuses, such as pending processing alerts, under review, or pending schedule updates, cannot be denied as well.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Request Management. From Request Anything, select Event Requests.

    The system displays all existing employee requests, and information about each request.

  2. Hover over the request you want to approve, and select the Deny request icon.

    You can also select the Deny request icon from the details pane after selecting the request.

  3. At the system prompt, enter any comments about approving the request, and select Deny.

    The system displays a success message, and changes the status of the request to Denied.
