Add Coaching

Use the Add Coaching Application that provides a method of directing, instructing and training a person or group of people, with the aim of achieving a set goal or developing specific skills. option in the drop-down list associated with the Coaching control in KPI View on the Explore Performance page to add a new coaching session.

This feature is only available if you have create privileges for coaching. If you have create privileges, you can create and edit coaching sessions. If you have view privileges, you can view existing coaching sessions.

Procedure 

  1. Click the drop-down list associated with the Coaching Coaching control.

  2. Select Add Coaching. The KPI Selector pop-up window appears.

  3. Select the applicable KPIs and click Next. The Manage Coaching Session pop-up window appears.

  4. Type or select the applicable information.

  5. Click Save.
