Configure a New Lesson Assigned rule

  1. On the Organization Alert Rules page, select the organization for which you want to create a notification alert, click the arrow icon beside the Rule drop-down list box, and then select the New Lesson Assigned option. The window refreshes to show the New Lesson Assigned rule form.

  2. Complete the procedure Configure settings common to all Notification Alert rules.

  3. In the Rule area, do one of the following:

    • To send the notification alert rule about any lesson that is assigned, regardless of its priority, click All priorities.

    • To send the notification alert only about lessons assigned with a particular priority status, click the arrow icon beside Priorities equal to or higher than and select the Low, Medium, or High priority option from the list.

  4. Click Save.

    Notification alerts are sent regarding new lesson assignments as per your specifications.
