Goal page descriptions

From the Goal page, you can view the goals associated with a KPI.

The KPIs are listed in alphabetical order. Names that begin with a special character are listed first.

For each KPI, the KPI level goal values are always displayed. When goal values are set at a lower level, they are displayed under the KPI in a hierarchical or tree list that shows the relationship among the goals. A maximum of three levels of goals can exist based on the type of KPI.

  • Person KPI: Two additional goal levels can exist. Additional rows of goal values are displayed when goals are set at the job title level or an EDT is associated with the KPI and goals have been set at the EDM level.

    • A job title row is included and expanded by default when a goal value has been set for the job title (for example, Employee, Manager) or an associated EDM. An arrow on the left of the job title indicates that one or more EDM goal values have been set and are available for viewing.

    • A Default row is displayed when a job title is displayed. An arrow on the left of Default indicates that one or more default EDM goal values have been set and are available for viewing.

  • Organization KPI: One additional goal level can exist. Additional rows of goal values are displayed when an EDT is associated with the KPI and one or more goals have been set at the EDM level.

The following table describes the columns on the Goals page.
