Edit a Performance Plan

Managers use the Manage Performance Plans page under Performance Management to view and edit performance plans for employees.

Before you begin 

You must have the View Performance Plan privilege Permissions associated with each role that define the features of the application a user is able to view and the functionality in the application the user can access. for the selected organization to view performance plans.

You must have the Configure Performance Plan privilege for the selected organization to edit performance plans.

Procedure 

  1. Go to Performance Management. Under Performance Plans, select Manage Performance Plans.

  2. Select a plan and click Edit.

  3. The list of employee names includes only employees from the selected organization.

    To change the employee name, you must first delete all KPIs from the plan.

  4. You can’t change the periodicity for a plan after the first KPI has been added.

  5. To add one KPI, click Add and select it on the Available KPIs pop-up.

  6. To add a milestone date, click Add and choose the date.

  7. If a KPI is inactive, you cannot edit the table values.

  8. The KPI goal and actual value are displayed for the first date in the plan. A manager can fill in milestones for future dates. When a milestone date has passed, the actual achievement value is automatically populated.

  9. To delete a KPI, click the trashcan next to its name.

  10. To delete a milestone, click the trashcan next to the date.

  11. When you’re done, click Save. Click Cancel to stop the editing process, or Revert to return to the page to its original state.
