Select work queue to set attributes
Select the work queue Entity that represents demand in WFM. Queues help predict workload by multiplying the volume of customer interactions by their expected handling time. for which you want to set the values of defined attributes.
Before you begin
Procedure

Go to Work Administration. Under Work Queues, select Work Queue Attributes.

From the left pane, select the organization for which you want to set attribute values for work queues.

On the Work Queue Attributes screen, select the work queue for which you want to set attribute values.

Select Edit.
The work queue attributes appear for the selected work queue.
