Set the Genesys - STCI for Cloud adapter

Use the timer to schedule the export of data at regular intervals. Set the Genesys STCI data source, and refresh the cache to ensure that the configuration is fully applied.

Before you begin 

Configure the Genesys - STCI for Cloud adapter

Procedure 

1. Go to Integration Management. Under Integration Server, select Integration Servers.

2. Under Integration Packages, expand Genesys - STCI for Cloud adapter, then select Timer [Timer].

3. In the Integration Packages list, select the Genesys - STCI for Cloud node, then select the Data Source page.

4. Select the Genesys STCI Data Source that you created previously, then select Save.

5. To ensure that the configuration is fully applied, refresh the Integration Server cache:

   1. Select the Integration Server containing the adapter.

   2. Select Refresh Cache.
