Create and edit Notification Alert rules
Within the Tracking module, users with the appropriate role work with Notification Alert rule templates that they configure according to the requirements of their organization.
Once an event matches the criteria of a configured Notification Alert rule and the system is triggered to send email or pop-up, the employees of an organization and its suborganizations that are included in the rule receive a notification alert and, in some cases In Risk Management, use cases to group interactionss according to the needs of the enterprise. Interactions can reside in multiple cases simultaneously., receive a lesson assignment as well.
The notification alert can be directed toward the employees that are taking lessons
You can also edit or delete alert rules.
