View Performance Plan

Use the View Performance Plan option in the drop-down list associated with the Performance Plan control in KPI View to view existing performance plans.

This feature is only available if you have view privileges for performance plans. If you have create privileges, you can create and edit performance plans. If you have view privileges, you can view existing performance plans.

Before you begin

Managers access the KPI View workspace from Explore Performance.
Employees access the KPI View workspace from My Performance.

Procedure

Click the drop-down list associated with the Performance Plan control.
Select View Performance Plan.

If there is one existing Performance Plan to view, the Manage Performance Plans pop-up window appears.

If there is more than one existing Performance Plan to view, the Performance Plans pop-up window appears. Select an existing Performance Plan and click Edit to view the Manage Performance Plans pop-up window.
If you are simply viewing the performance plan, click Close when you have finished.

If you are editing the performance plan, make the necessary modifications and click Save.
