Create and edit lesson assignments

Once lessons have been made available to organizations, you can assign lessons or lesson blocks to selected organizations, groups, or specific individuals in an organization or suborganization.

You can also map the assignment of multiple organizations, groups, or employees to a single selected lesson.

You can also edit and delete lesson assignments as required.

When you reassign an existing lesson, the assignment status is changed to Not Started for anyone who has already completed the lesson. If the change was minor such as fixing a typo, you do not need to reassign the lesson. Only reassign lessons when you want users to take the lesson again.

If employees are moved to another organization, their learning history from the previous organization is available in the new organization.
